Operation is simplified to calibration, mode selection (pH or mV), and a last stored reading feature. The HI2211 has a selection to choose between pH and mV modes. The mV mode is used with an optional ORP electrode that is used to check the oxidation or reduction potentials of a solution. Hanna offers a variety of ORP electrodes from glass to PEI plastic body styles. The mV mode of the HI2211 is also useful in checking the offset and slope of the pH electrode.
